Description: Orange Hardware Store parade float, parked along 110-112 South Glassell Street, Orange, California, ca 1915. Orange Hardware Store was located at 118-120 South Glassell Street. Image shows side view of float decorated with flowers and a bower over an electric washer on display made by the Automatic Electric Washer Co., Newton, IA (introduced in 1911.) "ORANGE HWD. CO." impressed into floral decor along side of float. E.B. Peers & Co. shoes and menswear store visible in background, along with a real estate office and two parked automobiles.
