Description
Picture of Orange Center Elementary School, located on Central avenue, between Fig and Elm avenues, Easton, Calif. Western Stick architectural style. The structure was built in 1881 and contained two classrooms separated by an auditorium, and a library opening into each classroom. The campus was later moved to a location on Cherry Avenue. The fate of the earlier schoolhouse is unknown. The Orange Center District was created in 1876.
