Photograph of architectural drawing of a row house in the public housing project Elysian Park Heights, designed by architect Richard Neutra. Elysian Park Heights was to be constructed in Chavez Ravine, Los Angeles, California, under the 1949 Housing Act. However, the project was canceled before construction ever began. In 1962 Chavez Ravine instead became the site for Dodger Stadium.
