Description
Bird accepts Davies' judgment that it is unlikely to exchange Japanese American students at Occidental with students at Colorado College (see Davies' letter, Dbase #014). However, Bird writes that Japanese American students are "an extraordinarily fine body of young people" and wishes Colorado College would accept a few of them.
