Description
A photograph, dated 1888, of the Acheson Hotel at the northeast corner of University and Shattuck Avenues. President Harrison stayed at the Acheson in 1890. The hotel was destroyed by fire in 1895, rebuilt in 1896, torn down and replaced by stores in 1925.
