Accession number: P487 St. Catherine's Orphanage, designed by Gustav Benrend of San Francisco, built in 1889 and located at 215 North Palm Street (now Harbor Blvd.) on the west side of the street; image shows men, women (several holding parasols) and children kneeling and standing before a lattice chapel in St. Dominic's Garden; water pipe next to footed vase on tree stump visible in foreground.
