Description
The Dorland house on 549 W. Dorland Ave. (12348 Dorland). Photograph shows house with a horse, and a man and women out front. Note card attached reads: Photo at some time was trimmed and mounted on cardboard. Part of the information pencilled on the back was lost. It now reads, line 1 - not legible, line 2 - Pickering and Howard D, line 3 - taken 1893, line 4 - Father, mother, old grey, line 5 - and the cow, line 6 - built by Henry, line 7 - Dorland, Salem Iowa, line 8 - Mr. Dorland, line 9 - wife, Rebecca Dorland. Remounted 11/91.
