Black and white photograph of the exterior of a Casta del Sol model home in Mission Viejo, California. The house is single story, has a wood shake roof, white stucco siding, and a dark garage door and trim. There are two arches, perpendicular to one another, over the front porch . The landscaping consists of lawn, shrubs, a flower bed, a tree, and some vines growing up the arch post. There is a man and woman standing on the porch greeting another couple who is walking up the steps to the porch. This photograph is numbered "2" on a proof sheet of 11 proofs. On the back of the sheet is stamped, "H. Lee Hooper Photographer, 9900 Lakewood, Downey, Calif. Phone TOpaz 9-8272." Handwritten on the back is "1876-7."
