Description
Unidentified men pose for a photograph in front of the bar of the Santos Saloon. A few prop their feet on the brass railing that runs the length of the bar. Three spittoons are visible between the rail and the bar. These were used to spit into by those men who chewed tobacco. The backbar is the unit where liquor bottles and glasses are stored.
