Bus width: 64 bits (external data bus), 32 bits (address bus). Addressable memory: 4 gigabytes. Virtual memory: 64 terabytes. Pin count: 296 (Plastic Pin Grid Array Package). Package dimensions: 1.95" (5cm) x 1.95" (5cm). With this technology, software developers were able to deliver a new generation of higher-performance multimedia and communications applications.
