Brisbane Fire Department Chief Lou Terry visits the memorial to Lt. Walter Blair in front of the Blair family home. Every Memorial Day, Sarge and Vera Blair honored their son, Walter, aged 20, who died in WWII in Europe. His plane was shot down and never recovered.
