Norman Dunning Rideout House, 707 F Street, Marysville, California, 1915 Correction built by Phoebe Rideout for her nephew Dunning Rideout.The house was built for N.D Rideout an early banker and settler of Marysville. Georgian Revival-Variant-1910. Julia Morgan, Architect. This is a handsome two-story home which has a recess central entrance topped by a scroll pediment with pineapple fineal. Corinthean collonettes of wood with a rosette design adorn the wings. Windows have functional panel shutters. At the lower windows are decorative spindles which form a pseudo-balcony and cornices above the windows are a decorative touch.
