Calhoun Benham present in behalf of the United States. Robert Simson, interpreter. Place of writing: San Francisco. Described in: Rancho San Antonio and its division among the four sons of Luis Peralta. Oakland, Calif : Oakland Free Library, 1934. Gift to the Oakland Public Library from the Oakland Museum, 1962. Previously owned by Leslie Simson.
