The deposition of Jose Domingo Peralta, son of Luis Peralta and holder of a portion of the Spanish land grant, Rancho San Antonio, as witness produced in behalf of Horace W. Carpentier in Land Case 100 ND, U.S. District Court, California. Carpentier and (James Alexander) Williamson, intervenors, with Oscar L. Shafter, et al. representing. Calhoun Benham present in behalf of the United States. Robert Simson, interpreter. Place of writing: San Francisco. Described in: Rancho San Antonio and its division among the four sons of Luis Peralta. Oakland, Calif : Oakland Free Library, 1934. Gift to the Oakland Public Library from the Oakland Museum, 1962. Previously owned by Leslie Simson.
