Carpentier in Land Case 100 ND, U.S. District Court, California. Carpentier and (James Alexander) Williamson, intervenors, with Oscar L. Shafter, et al. representing. Calhoun Benham present in behalf of the United States. Robert Simson, interpreter. Place of writing: San Francisco.
