Description
Photograph was taken looking north on what is now South Garrard Boulevard at the entrance to the Richmond Municipal Tunnel. The photographer was standing in practically the same place and slightly to the right of photograph cabri_145. The three-story building at the top left of the photo still exists and is now the Todd Hotel.
