Ishimaru's situation, citing it as an example of 1ca dangerous threat to democracy. 1d She also mentions that a Captain Fullerton has accused her of 1cspreading serious rumors 1d, writing 1csuch an attitude as that of Captain Fullerton 19s is also that which causes these situations in the centers. 1d A letter from Ishimaru regarding this matter is attached (see Dbase #114).
