Photograph of an architectural drawing of the Rose Hill Courts development. The Rose Hill Courts public housing project, designed by architects William Allen and W. George Lutzi, was located in Los Angeles, California (Mercury Street off N. Huntington Drive). Constructed under the 1937 Housing Act, its 100 units were completed in June 1942.
