Description
Dr. Taro Akamatsu and his wife were first relocated to Seattle and then to Puyallup Assembly Center for 40 days. They were sent to Tule Lake Relocation Center in 1942 where Dr. Akamatsu practiced medicine. After signing the Oath of Loyalty in 1943, he and his wife were relocated again to Minidoka Relocation Center in Idaho.
