Description
Cover of pamphlet promoting Jerry Rubin for mayor. Rubin ran as an independent radical. Stew Albert co-wrote the brochure, sent to all households in the city. The incumbent Wallace Johnson, a moderately conservative Republican, won. Fred Huntley, placed third. Peter Camejo, Young Social Alliance, placed last. After the election, Rubin left Berkeley and resumed his antiwar activities in the East. Art work by Tom Weller. Design and Layout by Joann Albert.
