Description
Orange City Hall on Center Street and East Chapman Avenue, Orange, California, February, 1962. Image shows view of facade of the building, located at 300 East Chapman Avenue at the corner of South Center Street, looking southeast. Sign to right of entrance reads, "City of Orange / Accident Record / 106" with other illegible numbers beneath. Built in 1921as the first City Hall building, it was utilized until 1963 and is now the site of the Civic Center. The Women's Club building is visible in background far left, behind old cannon.
