Description
Heffman House, 725 F Street, Marysville, Calif.; built by Julia Morgan in the 1930s. This is an attractive two story stucco home. The portico which was built by the present owner has a broken pediment which echoes the broken pediment adorning the chimney. Doric columns support the roof of the portico. The window endremements are simple molding. The roof is jerkinhead with dormer windows. A plaque removed from the fireplace by the present owner which was presented to the original owner by Julia Morgan has been discarded.
