Description: Orange City Hall, Orange, California, ca. 1940. Image shows postcard view of city hall building, located at 300 East Chapman Avenue at the corner of South Center Street, with an automobile parked on street in foreground. Built in 1921as the first City Hall building, it was utilized until 1963 and is now the site of the Civic Center.
