Description
August, 1965: This photo was taken of the Fire Department Headquarters on Ellsworth Avenue after the old buildings around it had been razed in preparation for the construction of the Mills Square complex of buildings. In the background can be seen the back of the U.S. Post Office building at the corner of 2nd and Ellsworth, and the trees are in that parking lot.
