Description: Photograph of North Broadway, in Turlock, California, circa 1908. Notice that transportation continued to be horse and buggy on an unpaved dirt street. Lunden's Home Bakery is the first building on the right. They delivered their baked goods in a horse drawn wagon. The third building on the right is the Turlock Opera house, built in 1905. It was used for a variety of entertainments and housed the first Turlock High School class in 1906.
