Description
The poster features a black/white photograph of a group of children who are laughing and smiling. Above the group is a picture of two children in a grass field holding their hands up and smiling. There is also a banner or kite in front of them that appears caught in the wind. The text states, "Bean Sprouts, a television series about Chinese/American children and their friends, premiering locally Sunday, October 1,1978, 10:30 AM, KRON Channel 4, San Francisco, A presentation of The Association of Chinese Teachers and Chinese for Affirmative Action, funded by the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare. Office of Education, ESAA-TV. Children's Television Project, 641 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102, (415) 431-7841." The text is written in black.
