Picture of Washington Grammar School located between N and O streets in Fresno, California, constructed between 1898 and 1906. Building doesn't appear in 1898's map but is shown in 1906's Sanborn map. Part of Hawthorne Public School is shown on the right side of the photograph. There is a playground between the two schools. Constructed in Romanesque style.
