Accession number: P16221 Sepia print donated by Mildred Yorba MacArthur in 1980. I.O.O.F. Hall located at 111 to 117 West Center Street, at the corner of North Los Angeles Street. Charles Tuffree in buggy. Mount board impressed in lower right corner with "Howard / ANAHEIM, CAL." for the photographer, Judge James Soloman Howard.
