Guards L to R: George Inouye, Frank Oshita. Zentaro (George) Akiyama, Nisei soldier, was born May 11, 1919, Broderick, California. He was a member of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, Company F. He was killed July 3, 1944 at the Battle of Hill No. 140, Castellino, Italy.
