Description
In response to McCloy's letter of February 26, 1946 (see Dbase #223), Bird, addressing McCloy as "Dear Beppy", writes, "The story of the collection at the library on the Japanese Americans is very interesting 26. How we have behaved towards these people should be known and carefully recorded some place for future reference."
