John Outterbridge artwork: a white military style uniform on a hanger decorated with a badge on the left front pocket, the number 70 and the letters A.P.D. on the right sleeve; with a whistle on a lead from the shoulder, a billy club and handcuffs hanging from the right waist, and a band holding bullets hanging from the left shoulder
