Description
Color slide of the exterior of Santa's Work Shop in Mission Viejo, California in 1974. The workshop is a small, one-room, red building with white trim. There is a sign over the door that reads "Santa's Work Shop" in red letters on white background. There are toy soldier figures decorating the exterior wall on each side of the door. A red and white striped platform path leads to the workshop's entrance. To the left of this path is a large, red mailbox on a red post; "Santa's Mailbox" is painted on the front of the mailbox in white letters. There are candy cane decorations in the yard and Christmas lights in the tree above the workshop. The door of the workshop is open; inside is a little girl sitting on Santa's lap and two girls dressed as elves on either side of Santa. On the frame of the slide is a label that reads, "74-039, frame 033."
