Description
Black and white outdoor photograph of the Mission Viejo Nadadores Dive Team and their coach in approximately 1980. The people in the photograph are: (bottom row, left to right) Dave Burgering, Randy Ableman, Greg Louganis, (top row, left to right) Kit Salness, Meg Neyer, unidentified female, Coach Ron O'Brien. The divers are wearing sweatsuits that have the Mission Viejo logo on the upper left portion of the zippered sweat jacket and the Fila logo on the jacket's left shoulder. Coach Ron O'Brien is wearing shorts and a shirt with only the Fila logo on them. The group is likely standing on a diving platform at the Marguerite Recreation Center; on the platform structure and displayed behind the group is a circular sign that has "Mission Viejo" along the top and "Olympic Diving Pool" along the bottom. In the middle of the sign is the Mission Viejo Logo. Also, between the phrases "Mission Viejo" and "Olympic Diving Pool" are decorative daisy flowers. On the back of the photograph is written "camjl253" in pencil.
