Description
Brady expresses delight that Kanow has made a "satisfactory adjustment to the trying circumstances which have faced him." Occidental's policy does not recognize work at professional schools but she attaches a letter [not included] sent to Kanow in 1941 advising him of the possibility of credit by examination. She has recently been in correspondence with Kanow concerning extending the time given to complete his courses and advising him that "his first responsibility should be to remove any incompletes." When he has done so the college "should be glad to review with him possibilities of further work toward his Bachelor of Arts degree." [see Chapman's letter to Bird Dbase #140]
