Black and white photograph of men and women standing and walking on a sidewalk that runs in front of model homes at the Seville Homes grand opening. Portions of the model houses are visible on the left side of the photograph. The people on the sidewalk are dressed rather formally in dresses and men's suits. The landscaping around the model houses and sidewalk consists of lawn, shrubs, and trees. This photograph is numbered "27" on a proof sheet of 11 proofs numbered 22-31; one of the proofs is numbered 70-0232-21. On the back of the proof sheet is stamped, "Photography By Cinemedia, Newport Beach, Ca. (714) 675-1253." There is a yellow file label that reads "Seville Opening" affixed on the upper right corner of the front of the proof sheet.
