Title from item. The photograph captures a general view looking north on 23rd Avenue from East 12th Street. The steeple of the 23rd Avenue Baptist Church at 1711 23rd Avenue is visible in the background. (The church now serves as headquarters of Koe Siasi 'o Tonga (Church of Tonga).
