Description
Photograph of two children walking up a dirt road in Chavez Ravine, the site selected for the construction of the Elysian Park Heights public housing project. This proposed housing project was never developed; however residents of the Chavez Ravine area were removed and existing buildings were razed. This site became the home to Dodger Stadium in 1962.
