Description
Customers came here at the corner of Crowther Ave. and Bradford Ave. to pay their water bills. The building was demolished in 2005(?). The site is where Placentia Well #1 was located on the northwest corner of Bradford Ave. and Crowther Ave. This well pumped water into the Water Tower on the corner of Bradford Ave. and Chapman Ave. This well supplied domestic water to the Placentia townsite. Irrigation water was supplied from the Tuffree reservoir.
