The float carries a woman and a group of girls in white dresses, two holding United States flags. The float is covered in greenery and is pulled by horses whose ears and body are decorated with white coverings. Men dressed in white stand next to the horses with one man sitting on the cart and holding the reigns. The float is being pulled along a dirt road. The Peters' house is visible in the background.
