Description
Two men wait under a tree, next to the water pump at the end of the station building. The sign identifying the station's location as Turlock is on the wall, visible to people on a train as it came down the tracks. A young girl holding her bicycle also appears to be waiting, possibly for the next train to arrive. Beyond the girl is a wagon with metal wheels used to carry luggage and other heavy loads to and from the station to the trains. Note attached to the photograph: S. P. Station Turlock. Vignolo packing shed down the track, looking south.
