Description: Davies clarifies his position that an "exchange basis" is not a workable solution to the problem of relocating Japanese American students (see Davies' letter to Bird, Dbase #014). Nevertheless, Davies states that Colorado College will admit every qualified American citizen regardless of his or her ethnicity.
