Portrait of Fred C. Rimpau, son of Francisca Avila and Theodore Rimpau; married Nellie P. Smythe; Fred was an extensive property holder in Anaheim, owned the Pickwick Hotel and served as director and treasurer of the Anaheim First National Bank; image shows 3/4 length view of Fred, wearing a dark jacket with vest, light color trousers, white shirt and dark tie.
