Orange Fire Chief's car and two fire engines at Glassell Street at Chapman Avenue in the Plaza Square, Orange, California. Standing left to right are Chief A.L. [aka "Al"] Tomblin by the chief's car, Frank Bieraugle by the 750 American La France, and William Hagen by the 1000 American La France. Seated in the 750 American La France are Ed Higgins and Charles R. Old. Seated in the 1000 American La France are driver William Vickers and Herbert Sisson.
