Image shows group of 8 members of the police department standing outdoors in front of the ivy-covered facade of the old City Hall building located at 300 East Chapman Avenue, built in 1921 and utilized until 1963. Identified are George Peterkin (traffic officer), Charles Wallace (police officer), Charles Pulley (police officer), Emery Kirkwood (police officer), Thomas Griffith (police officer), Bessie Swan (desk sergeant), and Martin E. Jemison (chief of police)
