View is of the Magnolia Villa; located at the corner of 2nd Ave., and C Street, Upland (Calif.). The building was built in 1885 and torn down in 1901. The label on the photograph indicates the photograph was taken from Euclid Avenue, however it was most likely taken from Second Avenue.
