Photograph of "Centinela Days" celebration in 1935. Sitting in horse carriage wearing period costumes are members of the Inglewood Realty Board, curbside on the left of image is an older woman sitting, and a couple standing beside her. The first Centinela Days was initiated partly to celebrate Inglewood's birthday, but mostly to dispel Depression blues. It was sponsored by the Inglewood Chamber of Commerce.
