The landscape is hilly so that the houses are on many levels. There are also graded hills that have not yet been developed in the background. In the lower right corner of the picture is a guard's kiosk with a red tile roof. It is likely that the houses are tracts of model homes, and the gazebo is part of a housing information center. In the foreground of the photograph is a lawn area and a cement, curving pathway lined with shrubs. On the frame of the slide is a label that reads, "75-002, Frame 029," to the right of the label is "T-1 #130" written in brown ink.
