Description
Color slide of the exterior of a La Mancha Townhomes model home building that houses three units in Mission Viejo, California. The building has Spanish tile roofing, white stucco siding, three dark brown garage doors, three stucco-covered chimneys, and two staircases. The two units on the right side of the photograph have balconies that extend over the length of the garage doors; the unit on the left has a balcony that runs along the side of the unit rather than in front of it. Also, the two units on the right appear to be tri-levels; it's difficult to ascertain the number of floors on the left-side unit. There are parking spaces on the blacktop in the foreground of the photograph. The parking area is surrounded by lawn and a planter with orange marigolds in it. There are also shrubs and flowers on the staircases and next to the garage doors. On the frame of the slide is a label that reads, "76-003, Frame 031."
