Rimpau, son of Theodore Robert Rimpau and Francesca Avila; first residence was located at 324 North Los Angeles Street (now Anaheim Blvd.) circa 1902 - 1921; third residence was located at 904 West Broadway circa 1924-1933; image shows Fred C. Rimpau dressed in suit and hat standing in front of his one-story wood-frame house with front porch, located at 310 North Claudina Street, with property surrounded by wood-framed chicken-wire fence and flanked by large trees.
