Description

There is a city skyline outlined in black in the background. The text states, "Carnaval '80!, A showcase of San Francisco's International Culture, Sunday, April 13th, Grand Parade, Begins at noon at 26th and Mission, Festival in Dolores Park at 2:00 pm on Center Stage, Salsa Caliente, Conjunto Carimbo, Batucaje, Fua Dia Congo, African Music and Dance Ensemble, Community Activity Booths, Exotic Food, Mime, Dance, Masquerade, Come in costume! Bring your fantasies and leave your burdens behind!"
