Color brochure of the Deane Homes, the first neighborhood in Mission Viejo. The brochure shows the floor plans and exterior renderings of the styles for each model. Each page has the name of the model, it's floor plan, details of the interior features, and architectural renderings of the models' front exterior. The brochure also devotes a page to listing the magazines that have recognized Deane Brothers as reputable home builders. One page describes the swim and racquet club to which Deane Home owners will have have membership. There are maps designating the location of Deane Homes within Southern California as well as within Mission Viejo. There is also a portrait of Ben and Jim Deane.
