Description
EARLY 1970s DUBLIN PARADE. For over 100 years, the people of Dublin embraced different and varied influences that have made the town what it is today. In this photograph, one cannot help but notice the person dressed in colonial garb holding a flag from 1776. Other participants in the parade are dressed like a Native American, a cowboy, and a Mexican senorita from the past century. (Courtesy John D. Cronin.)
